SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped with the courier company ELTA Courier that cooperates with our store.

The shipping cost of each order is 2,90€ for the first 2 kilos while for each additional kilo the charge is 0,80€ / kilo. The above prices include VAT. 24%. The shipping charge is calculated automatically upon completion of your order.

For orders over 40€ shipping is free.

The cost of the cash on delivery service, upon request, amounts to 1€ and is charged in addition to the cost of shipping, for all orders regardless of the total amount.

Orders made until 12.00 noon, will be sent, if possible, on the same day.

All orders are processed and shipped on working days, Monday to Friday. If any of the products are not available we will contact you. Delivery time ranges from 1-3 working days, if possible, due to availability, workload, weather conditions, inaccessible-remote areas, periods with increased demand, etc.

Our store is not responsible in case your information has been incorrectly entered. For this reason, please check if all shipping details have been correctly entered during your order. For your convenience, we recommend that you fill in the order notes any useful information related to its delivery. In case of finding an error after completing the order, please contact our store immediately.

Orders that are pending payment will be canceled after 5 working days.

Finally you have the opportunity to receive your order from our physical store.
